<p>En nem og hurtig ret til de travle dage. Opskriften kan mætte 2-4 personer alt efter tilbehør og valg af toppings.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser:</h2>



<ul>
<li>2 store broccolihoveder</li>



<li>1 stilk citrongræs</li>



<li>2 solohvidløg</li>



<li>1-2 tørrede chile</li>



<li>2-3 tsk flagesalt efter smag (hvis du bruger kokkesalt, skal du bruge mindre)</li>



<li>1 dåse kokosmælk</li>



<li>vand til at koge i</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Skær stilkene fra broccolien og fjern toppene fra chilene. Slå &#8220;hul&#8221; på citrongræsset med den flade side af en køkkenkniv eller en kødhammer og skræl hvidløgene. Placer alle ingredienser undtagen kokosmælken i en stor gryde og kom nok vand i til at broccolien svømmer. </p>



<p>Kog broccolien mør. Når den er kogt mør, hælder du vandet fra og fjerner citrongræssen. Hvis du vil have en lidt tyndere suppe, skal du gemme lidt af kogevandet, men det er ikke nødvendigt. </p>



<p>Brug en stavblender eller en almindelig blender til at blende broccoli, chili og hvidløg sammen til en tyk masse. Tilsæt kokosmælken og kog suppen op i et par minutter. Smag til med salt. </p>



<p>Suppen serveres med topping og flutes efter eget valg. Jeg foretrækker lynristede tigerrejer, mens manden insisterer på bacontopping. Vi serverer med hvidløgsflutes.</p>

<p>En simpel hverdagsret du kan tilberede i din airfryer, eller på pande. </p>

<li>4 udbenede kyllingelår</li>



<li>2 tsk grøn pesto</li>



<li>1 solohvidløg, presset</li>



<li>1 dl mel</li>



<li>2 æg</li>



<li>2 dl panko-rasp</li>



<li>1 kugle frisk mozzarella</li>



<li>2 spsk god olie</li>



<li>Salt og peber</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning</h2>



<p>Skær mozzarellaen i stænger og pres hvidløget. Bland hvidløg og pesto. Sæt til siden.</p>



<p>Bank de udbenede lår med en kødhammer til de har jævn tykkelse og er ca 1/2 gang større. </p>



<p>Kom salt og peber på kødet på den side du vil rulle ind. Læg pesto og 1-2 mozzarellastænger i midten af det udbenede lår oven på salt og peber. </p>



<p>Rul kødet sammen og luk rullen med en kødnål.</p>



<p>Vend rullen i mel, æg og til sidst panko. Sørg for at hele rullen bliver dækket med alle 3 ingredienser. </p>



<p>Placer rullerne i din airfryer. Dryp lidt olie på toppen af rullerne. </p>



<p>Tilbered på 180 grader i 20 minutter. </p>



<p>Serveres evt. med pasta og tomatsauce. </p>

<p>En klassisk, indisk ret der findes i mange afskygninger. Her er min variant til 4 personer</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser:</h2>



<ul><li><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="http://laurafriis.dk/karry-base/" target="_blank">En halv karrybase</a><ul><li>8 løg, hakket groft</li><li>50 gram smør</li><li>2 dåser hakkede tomater eller 10 store friske, groft hakkede tomater</li><li>2 solohvidløg eller trekvart almindeligt hvidløg.</li><li>3 hele stjerneanis</li><li>1 spsk spidskommen</li><li>1/2 spsk koriander</li><li>1/2spsk gurkemeje</li><li>hele tørrede chile efter smag</li><li>salt og peber</li></ul></li></ul>



<ul><li>500 gr magert, lyst kød (kalkun, kylling, svin)</li><li>1/2 dl god rapsolie</li><li>100 gr cashewnødder</li><li>2,5 dl piskefløde</li><li>1-2 spsk tandoori masala krydderi</li><li>salt og peber efter smag</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Base: </h3>



<p>Smelt smøret i en tykbundet gryde. Tilsæt spidskommen, koriander, gurkemeje, stjerneanis og chile. Lad det simre 1-2 minutter, men pas på krydderierne ikke brænder.</p>



<p>Tilsæt løgene. Lad dem stege i 20-25 minutter ved middel varme sammen med krydderierne.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Tilsæt de hakkede tomater. Hvis du bruger friske tomater, vil jeg anbefale at tilsætte en dl vand også.</p>



<p>Lad blandingen simre i 10 minutter under låg.&nbsp;</p>



<p>Fisk stjerneanisen op og blend basen til en tyktflydende masse og sæt den til side.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Resten af retten:</h3>



<p>Hvis du netop har lavet basen, kan du bruge den samme gryde uden at vaske den. </p>



<p>Varm olien godt op i panden og brun kødet. Tilsæt cashewnødderne når kødet er brunet af og steg i 1-2 minutter. </p>



<p>Tilsæt base efter behov og rør rundd. Du behøver ikke bruge hele basen, hvis du vil have mindre sovs. Læg låg på gryden og lad retten simre 10 minutter. </p>



<p>Tilsæt fløde og tandoori-krydderi og varm retten igennem. Smag til med salt og peber. </p>



<p>Serveres med naan-brød og ris til. </p>



<p>Opskriften er til ca. 4 personer. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser: </h2>



<ul><li>8 løg, hakket groft</li><li>50 gram smør</li><li>2 dåser hakkede tomater eller 10 store friske, groft hakkede tomater</li><li>3 solohvidløg eller et helt almindeligt hvidløg.</li><li>5 hele stjerneanis</li><li>2 spsk spidskommen</li><li>1 spsk koriander</li><li>1 spsk gurkemeje</li><li>hele tørrede chile efter smag</li><li>salt og peber</li></ul>



<p>Smelt smøret i en tykbundet gryde. Tilsæt spidskommen, koriander, gurkemeje, stjerneanis og chile. Lad det simre 1-2 minutter, men pas på krydderierne ikke brænder.</p>



<p>Tilsæt løgene. Lad dem stege i 20-25 minutter ved middel varme sammen med krydderierne. Hvis du synes løgene sidder fast i panden undervejs, kan du tilsætte lidt vand. Tilsæt hvidløgene og lad dem stege med et par minutter. </p>



<p>Tilsæt de hakkede tomater. Hvis du bruger friske tomater, vil jeg anbefale at tilsætte en dl vand også.</p>



<p>Lad blandingen simre i 10 minutter under låg. </p>



<p>Fisk stjerneanisen op og blend basen til en tyktflydende masse. Hvis du blender i portioner, er det vigtigt du rører det hele sammen inden det eventuelt skal deles op, for at sikre at smagen fordeles lige i hele portionen. </p>



<p>Herefter kan basen enten bruges til en ret med det samme, eller fryses. Basen er nok til ca. 8 personer i en færdig ret. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser: </h2>



<ul><li>1 hoved Broccoli</li><li>1 hoved blomkål</li><li>50 gram smør</li><li>2 spsk hvedemel</li><li>2 dl madlavningsfløde</li><li>1/4 tsk salt</li><li>100 gram flødeost natural</li><li>150 gram revet cheddar</li><li>1 spsk stærk sennep</li><li>1/4 tsk peber</li><li>50 gram rasp</li><li>50 gram parmesan</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning: </h2>



<p>Del broccoli og blomkål op i små buketter. Bring en gryde i kog og kog blomkålen i 2 minutter. Tilføj Broccolien og kog yderligere 2 minutter. Dræn godt og sæt til side.</p>



<p>Smelt smørret i en dyb gryde. Rør melen i smørret til blandingen er glat. Tilsæt madlavningsfløde og rør til blandingen er glat igen. Tilføj flødeost, sennep, cheddar, salt og peber og bland godt sammen. </p>



<p>Rør blomkål og broccoli i panden og bland rundt. Put blandingen i et fad og top med rasp og parmesan.</p>



<p>Tilbered i ovnen på 180 grader i 25 minutter.</p>
