<p>Forberedelsestid: 5 min &#8211; Tilberedningstid: 2,5 timer på høj</p>

<ul>
<li>500 gr kylling</li>



<li>4 dl fløde</li>



<li>1 dl vand </li>



<li>1 spsk flydende kyllingefond</li>



<li>60 gr smør</li>



<li>1 solohvidløg, hakket fint</li>



<li>100 gr parmesan</li>



<li>1 spsk Herbes de Provence</li>



<li>salt og peber</li>



<li>250 gr pastapenne</li>



<li>Evt. ekstra parmesan til servering</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Placer alle ingredienser, med undtagelse af pasta og parmesan, I slow cookeren og tilbered i 2 timer på høj varme.</p>



<p>Efter 2 timer løftes kyllingen op og parmesan og pasta hældes i. Tilbered i ca 30 minutter på høj mens du trækker kyllingen fra hinanden. </p>



<p>Vend kyllingen tilbage i retten inden servering og server med parmesan.</p>

<p>Den klassiske oksegryderet i slowcooker &#8211; perfekt til den danske vinter. </p>



<p>Forberedelsestid: 25 minutter &#8211; Tilberedningstid: 4 timer på høj, eller 8 timer på lav</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser:</h2>



<ul>
<li>2 spsk olivenolie</li>



<li>1 kilo oksetykkam- eller bov skåret i tern</li>



<li>1 stort løg</li>



<li>4 gulerødder, skrællede og skåret i stykker</li>



<li>1 solohvidløg</li>



<li>1 spsk sød paprika</li>



<li>1/2 kyllingeboullionterning</li>



<li>500 ml. passata</li>



<li>4 laurbærblade</li>



<li>25 gr smør</li>



<li>2 spsk hvedemel</li>



<li>salt og peber</li>



<li>1 spsk tørret rosmarin</li>
</ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning: </h2>



<p>Varm olien i en pande eller direkte i slowcookeren hvis den har stegefunktion. Tilsæt paprika og brun kødet med salt og peber ved høj varme. Sæt kødet til side. </p>



<p>I samme pande brunes nu løg og gulerødder ved mellem varme i ca 5 minutter. Tilsæt evt. lidt ekstra olie hvis nødvendigt. Tilsæt hvidløget. </p>



<p>Læg kødet i bunden af din slow cooker og hæld løgblandingen over. Tilsæt passata, boullionterning, rosmarin og laurbærblade. </p>



<p>Tilbered ved høj varme i 4 timer eller lav varme i 8-10 timer. 8 timer er ofte nok, men hvis du har en lang dag, skader 10 timer ikke. </p>



<p>10 minutter inden servering blandes  smør og mel sammen til en jævn masse. Massen tilsættes ned i slowcookeren. Rør rundt og lad retten simre uden låg i 10 minutter. </p>



<p>Server med hjemmelavet kartoffelmos. </p>

<li>25 gram smør (stuetemperatur)</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning: </h2>



<p>Varm olien i en tykbundet gryde, eller bunden af slowcookeren hvis du har en der går på kogeplader eller med stegefunktion. Kom salt og peber efter smag på kyllingen og brun den kort på begge sider ved høj varme. Sæt til side på en tallerken. </p>



<p>Skru ned på middelvarme og steg løgene til de er let bløde. Tilsæt hvidløg og ingefær og rist i 2-3 minutter. Overfør til slowcookeren. </p>



<p>Tilsæt oyster sauce, boullionterning, vand, chili, brun farin, soya og placer kyllingen på toppen og tilbered på høj varme i 2 timer eller lav varme i 4 timer. </p>



<p>Bland smør og mel og tilsæt slowcookeren sammen med cashewnødderne 10 minutter inden servering. Rør rundt og lad retten jævne. snit basilikummen og tilsæt den i retten umiddelbart inden servering. </p>



<p>Retten serveres med ris og evt. naan brød.</p>

<li>400 gram grønne linser</li>



<li>4 stænger selleri</li>



<li>1 stort løg</li>

<li>3 store gulerødder</li>



<li>2 boullionterninger, grønt</li>



<li>2-3 laurbærblade</li>



<li>1-1,5 liter vand</li>



<li>en god håndfuld frisk spinat til servering</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Riv hvidløg fint og hak alle grøntsager i mundrette bidder. Placer i slow cookeren sammen med linser, hvidløg og 1 tsk salt. </p>



<p>Hæld tomater over og knus boullionterningerne ned over. </p>



<p>Tilsæt vin og vand og top af med laurbærblade. </p>



<p>Hvis du foretrækker en tyk suppe skal du kun bruge en liter vand. Ellers bruges det hele. </p>



<p>Tilbered retten på 4 timer på høj eller 8 timer på lav. </p>



<p>Når retten er færdig, vendes spinatbladene ned i retten og den serveres evt. med brød og topping efter eget valg. Jeg spiste min med parmesanost på. Smag til med salt og evt. peber.</p>

<li>1 stort løg, finthakket</li>



<li>1 tørret chile, eller efter smag</li>



<li>1 solohvidløg</li>



<li>2 boullionterninger (valgfri)</li>



<li>1 spsk stødt ingefær</li>



<li>1 spsk stødt gurkemeje</li>



<li>1 spsk stødt spidskommen</li>



<li>2 tsk salt</li>



<li>1,5 liter vand</li>



<li>1 citron &#8211; kun saft</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Hak løgene og riv hvidløget. Varm olien i en pande, eller i din slow cooker-gryde hvis du har den model. </p>



<p>Steg løgene et par minutter til de er blanke og tilsæt herefter alle krydderierne. Lad blandingen stege et par minutter og tilsæt herefter resten af ingredienserne. </p>



<p>Overfør retten til slow cookeren og tilbered på lav varme i 5 timer. </p>



<p>Server med creme fraiche, naan, eller ris. </p>

<p>Oksehaler er en vinterklassiker i det danske køkken, og de lange haler er den perfekte ingrediens til slow cookeren.</p>



<p>Forberedelsestid: 25 minutter &#8211; Tilberedningstid: 8-10 timer på lav varme</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredienser:</h2>



<ul><li>6-10 stykker hale fra den kødfulde ende.</li><li>2 løg, halveret</li><li>5 små gulerødder, gerne med skræl</li><li>1 dl rødvin</li><li>50 gram smør</li><li>Salt og peber</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Smelt smøret i en gryde. Hvis du har en slow cooked med en indsats der kan bruges på komfuret, kan du med fordel bruge den og spare lidt opvask. Når smørret er stegeklart, lægges løgene ned med skærefladen nedad. Brun dem godt i ca 10 minutter og tag dem op af gryden. </p>



<p>Strø salt og peber på oksehalerne og brun dem på alle sider til de er gyldenbrune. Tag dem op. </p>



<p>Skil løgene ad og kom dem tilbage i gryden. Læg gulerødderne oven på. Tilsæt vinen og lad den simre et par minutter. Hvis din slow cooker ikke kan bruges på komfuret, skal du nu flytte løg, gulerødder og vin over i slow cookeren. </p>



<p>Læg oksehalerne oven på løg og gulerødder. Sæt dem ned lodret og tæt.</p>



<p>Tilbered retten på lav varme i 8-10 timer og server med hjemmelavet kartoffelmos. Gulerødderne kan også serveres og smager dejligt. </p>

<ul><li>800 gram råvildt i tern</li><li>3 store gulerødder</li><li>3 bagekartofler</li><li>3 stænger selleri</li><li>1 solohvidløg</li><li>1 dl og 2 spsk mel</li><li>2 spsk olie</li><li>2 dl vand</li><li>2 spsk tomatpure</li><li>1 mørk øl</li><li>1/2 fond du chef okse eller 2 dl oksefond</li><li>1 kvist frisk timian</li><li>salt og peber</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Vejledning:</h2>



<p>Skræl og snit græntsager og kartofler i rustikke stykker.</p>



<p>Kom 1dl. mel i en skål med låg sammen med salt og peber efter smag. Kom kødet i, sæt låget på og ryst til kødet er dækket af blandingen. </p>



<p>Kom olien i en gryde, eller i din slowcooker hvis den har brunefunktion eller kan gå på komfuret. Brun kødet i 7-10 minutter til det er brunet på alle sider. Sæt til side.</p>



<p>Kom grønt og kartofler i bunden af slow cookeren og læg kødet ovenpå. </p>



<p>I en jævneryster blandes vand, 2 spsk mel, tomatpure og hvidløg. Blandingen hældes over kød og grøntsager sammen med øllen. Tilsæt fond eller boullion og tilbered retten i 6 timer på lav varme eller 3 timer på høj varme. </p>



<p>Tilsæt timiankvisten ca 30 minutter før servering.</p>

<p>Puds svinekæberne af og dup dem tørre med et stykke køkkenrulle. Krydr dem med salt og peber. </p>

<p>Snit alle grøntsager og sæt til side. Jeg foretrækker fintsnittede grøntsager, men retten fungerer også fint nok med grove stykker. </p>

<p>Varm halvdelen af smørret i en gryde, eller direkte i Slow Cookeren hvis du har en model med stegefunktion, eller gryde der er egnet til komfur. Brun svinekæberne et par minutter i smørret og sæt til side på en tallerken.</p>

<p>Kom grøntsagerne i gryden og steg dem i smørret og saften fra svinekæberne. Steg til løgene er blanke og tilsæt så tomatpuréen og den halve boullionterning. Terningen smuldres i. Rør til blandingen er glat.</p>

<p>Hvis du bruger en gammeldags Slow Cooker, lægger du nu grøntblandingen i bunden, placerer kæberne ovenpå og til sidst hælder du øllen over. Læg laurbærbladene i og tilbered på lav varme i 8 timer eller høj varme i 4 timer. </p>

<ul><li>6 Udbenede kyllingelår uden skind</li><li>300 ml vand</li><li>1 boullionterning</li><li>2 spsk vegetabilsk olie</li><li>2 spsk tomatpure</li><li>1 tsk spidskommen</li><li>1 tsk stærk paprika</li><li>1 tsk stødt ingefær</li><li>1 tsk gurkemeje</li><li>1 tsk koriander</li><li>1 tsk hvidløgspulver</li><li>1 tsk chiliflager</li><li>2 tsk sukker</li><li>500 ml. piskefløde</li><li>en håndfuld groft hakkede og ristede mandler</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Tilberedning: </h2>



<p>Skær kyllingen i store tern. Steg den af på en pande og sæt til siden. rist krydderierne af i panden i et minuts tid, til de er aromatiske, og tilsæt derefter en sjat vand sammen med tomatpuréen. Rør ud til der ikke er flere klumper. Tilsæt kyllingen sammen med eventuelle safter fra hviletiden og rør sammen. Tilsæt resten af vandet sammen med boullionterningen og kog op. Overfør til slow cookeren og tilbered på lav varme i 5 timer. </p>



<p>Når retten har stået i 5 timer, tager du låget af og skifter til høj varme. Tilsæt fløden og de ristede mandler under omrøring og lad den simre mens du koger ris og varmer naan-brød.</p>

<p>Placer kyllingen i bunden af slow cookeren. Riv skallen af lime frugten og pres saften ud. Tilsæt i slow cookeren sammen med boullion. </p>



<p>Tilbredes i 3 timer på lav varme. </p>



<p>Når kyllingen er mør, rives den med to gafler. Alt efter hvad du skal bruge den til, kan du hælde væske fra inden servering. </p>
